Six-Month Program

The 6-month program is designed for individuals who want to define and achieve a healthy and nourishing way of life. All sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. We will explore the role of stress and its impact on the body and emotions. You will learn ways to gain more energy to handle your busy lifestyle. Good quality sleep is essential. We will discuss how to sleep more soundly and wake up refreshed. We will look at the benefits of physical activity and how to include it in your daily life. We will also evaluate if you have food allergies or sensitivities that may be impacting your health and quality of life. There is no one-size-fits-all diet that works for everyone. We will determine the delicious and satisfying foods that fuel your unique body. During this 6-month program you will discover what truly nourishes you. This is a comprehensive program that incorporates integrative nutrition coaching, eating psychology, and positive psychology. The 6-month program includes a 75-minute initial consultation, two 50-minute sessions per month (12 sessions total), handouts, and email support between sessions.

Three-Month Program

The 3-month program is a condensed version of the 6-month program that is designed for individuals wishing to target a specific health or wellness goal. The 3-month program incorporates integrative nutrition coaching, eating psychology, and positive psychology. This program includes a 75-minute initial consultation, two 50-minute sessions per month (6 sessions total), handouts, and email support between sessions. There is an option to take this program over 6 consecutive weeks.

Individual Sessions

Individual 50-minute sessions are available to work on a specific area of health, nutrition or wellness, or to receive additional support following a 6-month or 3-month program.

Forty, Fifty, and Forward

Midlife is a wonderful time to examine and reflect on the life you have lived and to plan for a healthy future. Forty, Fifty and Forward is a program designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals, lose weight for good, or simply feel and look your best. This 12-session program will address the best foods to nourish your body and stress management techniques that will work for you. The program incorporates a gradual step-by-step plan for establishing permanent and healthy habits, which promote weight loss and good health. This program is based on an approach that includes integrative nutrition coaching, eating psychology, and positive psychology. I will help you make positive changes that honor your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences. Forty, Fifty, and Forward includes a 75-minute initial consultation, two 50-minute sessions per month (12 sessions total), handouts, and email support between sessions.

Lighten Up

Lighten Up is a program designed for individuals who have weight loss as the primary focus of their health goals or wish to improve their relationship with food. In this program you will learn how to eliminate processed foods and chemicals from your diet, and how to fuel your body with delicious and healthy food. You will learn stress management techniques and how to diminish cravings, overeating, and emotional eating. You will learn how to incorporate joyful movement into your daily life. This program is based on an approach that incorporates integrative nutrition coaching, eating psychology, and positive psychology. We will set realistic and attainable goals that can be achieved through small and manageable changes. This is a very individualized, effective and sustainable approach to weight loss. Lighten Up includes a 75-minute initial consultation, two 50-minute sessions per month (12 session minimum), handouts, and email support between sessions.

The Support Program

I offer a program to support family members of patients receiving long-term medical treatment. I am committed to helping family members learn stress management techniques and how to make healthy food choices to support their own health. I also teach mindfulness techniques, resilience building, and how to cultivate a positive mindset, especially during challenging life events and difficult times. In addition, I offer workshops and retreats covering a variety of health-related topics.
